Hair Straightening & Smoothing
Brazilian Blow Out: This is a hair smoothing treatment that creates a protective keratin layer around the hair shaft. It eliminates frizz and smooths the cuticle. These treatments are excellent for all types of hair. They generally last 2 to 4 months before needing maintenance.
Japanese Straightening: This is also known as Thermal Reconditioning. Japanese Straightening is permanent hair straightening. Once your hair is straightened with this method it has to grow out but the roots can be maintained as long as you want to keep your hair straight. This is generally recommended for hair that is bulky, and has loose to medium, but not kinky curls.
Texture wave: A texture wave is a loose curl that results in a wave pattern rather than tight curls. This is a great choice to help give your hair body and movement to support many styles such as beachy waves and styles requiring volume.
Custom wrap perms: Custom perms can vary. Examples of custom wraps are Spiral, Glam Waves, Surf Waves, etc.
Classic Perm: This is a traditional perm.
Smashing: This is cutting technique developed by a very famous stylist named Nicholas French. It helps soften a look, blending layers in the hair and makes the hair easier to style.
Razor Cutting: Razor cutting can be used for various reasons. It textures the hair while cutting and it is excellent on thick and coarse hair to help reduce volume and make the hair flexible and easier to style.
